This unit will roll forming the sheet up to 5.5mm deep and accommodate 0.9 to 1.2 mm thick sheet in 523, 305 mm width the speed will 6mtr/minute maximum and embossing and cutting the sheet on pre specified length servo motor driven rollers and specially designed power pack and encoder ensure the accuracy and reliability of the machine. Specially designed rollers and dies are ensure wrinkle free forming even 0.9mm thick sheet.
